*Q. What is the minimum time I can rent for?*
A. There is no minimum or maximum rental period it depends on timeframe of
the event.
*Q. What size is the LED Floor?*
A. The LED Floor is made up of 16 individual squares each one is 1m x 1m in
size. The Floor can make up many different sizes to suit your event .i.e 4m
x 4m, 5m x 3m, 8m x 2m, 16m x 1m, etc, we can even make an L or T shape with
the Floor.
*Q. What does the Floor weigh?*
A. In total the floor weighs approx 800kgs
*Q. How Long does installation take?*
A. Installation takes up to 2hrs 30mins but can be as little as 1hr
depending on the Venue
*Q. Can the Floor be used Outdoors?*
A. No the floor is a piece of electrical equipment and can only be used
indoors.
*Q. Is the Floor waterproof?*
A. No the floor is not waterproof and no drinking is allowed on the floor.
*Q. How do I request a quotation?*
A. Simply fill out the contact form on the homepage and we will reply to you
with your free quotation, rental cost, delivery.
*Q. How much notice do you need before delivery?*
A. We ask for 7/10 working days notice but can usually improve on this.
*Q. Do you deliver everywhere in Ireland?*
A. Yes, we offer a nationwide service, although the delivery charges will
depend on the destination.
*Q. When can you deliver?*
A. Once you have agreed the quote and arranged payment, we will arrange
delivery on a date and time to suit you.
*Q. Do I have to be present at the installation?*
A. No.
*Q. Can the LED Floor display Video?*
A. No the LED Floor displays colours & patterns
*Q. What are the payment terms?*
A. We require payment before delivery or cash payment on delivery, we accept
Paypal for pre delivery payments.
*Q. Is the LED Floor insured?*
A. Yes
*Q. What if anything gets damaged?*
A. The Led Floor is not insured against accidental or malicious damage, the
costs for which will be charged.
*Q. What if the Floor is faulty?*
A. Simply report the fault to us and a repair will be arranged as soon as
possible.
*Q. Do you have a brochure?*
A. No, we have a Demo Video of the 9 squares of the floor after installation
on our homepage.
